Les (as he likes to be known as) has now worked for my family for the past 5 years.  Originally he was recommended to re-furbish my original Victorian sash windows and quite simply he has been a fixture in our lives ever since.

Briefly, he has extensively refurbished and remodelled our 3 Victorian properties (Mine and my 2 daughters).  All 3 homes have benefitted from the ‘Les’ touch.  He is an outstanding builder with that extra ‘creative’ quality.   When confronted with a project he looks at it from all angles and always comes up with that ‘right’ solution.  He works methodically and always explains the process, so you are in no doubt about the outcome.  

Everything you want from a builder – Les is the answer.  I could elaborate but no need – I am sure you get the picture.

I am almost reticent to give this testimonial because once Les works his magic I may never see him again for my next job!

On the projects on which we have instructed Know How for Life Limited, we have not only been impressed with the quality of their workmanship but have also found the manner in which they undertake the required works to be highly professional and considerate to the nature of and individuals occupying the building.

The nature of our business necessitates that we consult with leaseholders prior to instructing repairs and decoration, with very often being a key consideration of leaseholders. The fact that we have been able to instruct Know How for Life Limited confirms that their prices are competitive. The nature of our business also gives the leaseholders a right to challenge the cost of the works after they have been completed, if they are of the opinion they have not received value for money.
