Guarantees, Insurance, Health & Safety
- Guarantee – All our work is guaranteed for minimum 12 months from completion, for both workmanship and materials. Some of the items we supply, such as specialist doors, windows, and roofing materials, also come with their own extended guarantees.
- Insurance – We have Public and Products Liability insurance, each to a maximum of £5 million. We are insured as general builders, for alterations and extensions, and as underpinning contractors. We also have full Employers- Liability Insurance for £10 million.
- Health & Safety – We have our own company Health & Safety policy, which is reviewed annually. This seeks not just to meet but to exceed the statutory recommendations. It covers working practices, work environments, training and supervision of employees, accident prevention and more. A copy of our policy is available on request.
